Our home inspection process was smooth as we knew what terms to really press for, and then we had a great time laughing over our cramped-hands during the signing, to finally receive the best gift- a true friend and confidant. As you can tell, I'm a bit goofy, but it's all part of the charm in easing you into learning all about this fantastic process in which the prize is homeownership. Real Estate is crazy, no two days are the same for me. There are two sides to every transaction, and both points of view need to be told, heard and protected.
